Responsibilities:
Apply paint, stain, varnish, lacquer, and other finishes to custom wood products and cabinetry Prepare wood surfaces through sanding, filling, and priming prior to painting Mix and match paints and stains to achieve desired colors and finishes Inspect finished surfaces for quality control and touch up imperfections Operate spray guns, brushes, and rollers to apply coatings evenly and efficiently Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with safety standards Collaborate with production team to meet project deadlines and quality expectations
Requirements:
