Experienced Painter — Vacant Condo Turnovers We are seeking a skilled, dependable painter to join our team preparing vacant condominium units for new occupancy. Work includes paint touch-ups, full interior repaints, cabinet painting and refinishing, and completing turnover punch-out lists. We're looking for someone who takes pride in clean, consistent work and can meet deadlines while maintaining quality.

Responsibilities:

Complete touch-ups and full repaints in vacant units. Paint and refinish cabinetry, doors, trim, and other interior surfaces. Prepare surfaces, including patching, sanding, and caulking. Protect flooring, fixtures, and surrounding surfaces. Complete painting punch-outs to ensure units are ready for occupancy. Maintain a clean, organized work area.

Requirements:

At least 3-4 years of professional painting experience. Reliable transportation. Experience with vacant-unit turnovers and occupancy punch-outs. Ability to work independently, follow instructions, and manage daily assignments. Strong attention to detail, reliability, and professional communication.

Additional Benefits:

$250 gas card, replenished on the 15th of each month. $50 phone allowance. Eligibility for performance bonuses when completing more than four jobs per day while meeting quality standards.
