Job Description
Overview We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team, specializing in both residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality finishes. This role involves various painting techniques and may include fixture installation, stucco work, and trim carpentry. The Painter will play a crucial role in enhancing the aesthetic appeal of our projects while ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and priming as necessary. Apply paint using various techniques including airless paint spraying and brush/roller methods. Install fixtures and perform stucco work as required for specific projects. Conduct construction painting tasks on both interior and exterior surfaces. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining quality standards. Experience is a plus, but we are will train someone who is willing to learn and work hard. Maintain a clean and organized work environment at construction sites. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices during all painting activities. Experience Proven experience in residential painting, with a portfolio demonstrating previous work is preferred. Familiarity with airless paint spraying techniques and equipment operation. Experience with fixture installation, stucco application, and trim carpentry is highly desirable. Ability to build and restore surfaces to meet high-quality standards in construction painting. Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members on-site.
