Key Responsibilities:

Site Preparation:

Covering furniture, floors, and fixtures with drop cloths or plastic to protect them from paint splatters.

Surface Preparation:

Cleaning walls, removing old paint or wallpaper, sanding surfaces to a smooth finish, and applying primers for better adhesion.

Minor Repairs:

Patching holes, cracks, and dents with putty, plaster, or caulk to ensure a uniform surface.

Application:

Applying multiple coats of paint, stain, or varnish using professional tools such as brushes, rollers, and airless sprayers.

Detailing:

"Cutting in" around edges, corners, and trim with high precision to maintain crisp lines.

Cleanup:

Removing all protective coverings, re-installing fixtures (e.g., switch plates), and cleaning tools and the work area.
