Position Overview IMC Equity Group is seeking a reliable and experienced Painter to join our maintenance team. This role involves performing painting and surface preparation across a variety of commercial and residential properties throughout South Florida. Key Responsibilities Prepare surfaces for painting (scraping, sanding, patching, caulking) Apply paint, stain, and coatings using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment Ensure high-quality finishes and attention to detail Maintain a clean and safe work environment Work efficiently to meet project timelines Collaborate with maintenance and property management teams as needed Requirements Previous professional painting experience preferred Knowledge of painting techniques, tools, and materials Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and workmanship Reliable and punctual Must have reliable transportation (projects located throughout South Florida) Experience with boom lifts and scissor lifts is a
