The ideal candidate will have experience in various painting techniques and a strong understanding of construction processes. This role involves both interior and exterior painting, as well as assisting with remodeling projects. The Painter/Laborer will work collaboratively with other team members to ensure high-quality finishes and customer satisfaction. Duties Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and filling holes or cracks. Apply paint using various techniques including airless paint spraying. Understand and apply color theory to achieve desired results. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition. Ensure compliance with safety standards while performing tasks. Requirements Proven experience in construction painting, industrial painting, or commercial painting is preferred. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, lifting, and climbing.
