Job Description
Job Overview APW is a Nationwide contractor who specializes in exterior restoration of hotels. We are currently seeking skilled individuals to join our team fulltime and travel to our various projects in North America. If applicants have some but not all skills requested, we are willing to provide training for dedicated applicants. Must have experience in stucco, caulking, painting, wet glazing and swing stages equipment, boom lifts, forklifts. We are currently employing for our Anchorage Alaska project. Must have experience in stucco, caulking, painting, wet glazing and swing stages equipment, boom lifts, forklifts. We also provide housing and $210 per week for food expenses while we travel. Duties Assist with the preparation of construction sites, including clearing debris and setting up safety barriers. Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment to perform tasks such as framing, concrete finishing, and masonry. Stucco (grinding, base /finish coat) Caulking (control joints, plane changes, window perimeter) Painting (exterior coatings, doors, handrails) Wet glazing (window) Swing stages Boom lifts, forklifts Maintain a clean and organized work environment; ensure all tools and materials are properly stored after use. Experience Prior experience working on construction sites with a solid understanding of safety protocols. Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment operation. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in fast-paced environments. Strong communication skills to follow directions accurately and collaborate with team members.
