experience high-end painter

We are looking for a high-end experienced painter. 40hrs per week. We are not looking for Subcontractors. I am looking for an employee. General area of work is located in Windermere and Saint Cloud, Florida. Must have a vehicle to drive to and from the job sites. You must be detailed orientated. Heavy lifting is required. Must understand new residential construction sequencing related to the coatings industry and how to work with other trades onsite. You must know how to use a pressure wash, sander and Prep surfaces using tape, a tape machine. covers all floors with drop clothes. you must be able to fill nail holes, cracks, caulk and use other fillers to make a suitable finished surface. You must know how to use a roller, brushes, spray guns to apply paint. You must wear white painters clothes. Pay will be based on experience shown.
