Minimum of 5 years of experience required in multi-family renovations, make-ready, or remodeling.

Pay :

$25 per hour Construction company based in Florida. We seek reliable, trustworthy, talented individuals who enjoy working with a team to meet deadlines. Well-rounded candidates must be able to do the following: Experienced in painting/drywall patching, and repairs At the request of their supervisor, an employee may be asked to perform additional duties or take on additional responsibilities as it pertains to interior renovations. Work efficiently and collaboratively to meet project timelines Safely and comfortably work on ladders and mechanical lifts All applicants MUST have a valid driver's license All applicants MUST be willing to travel All applicants MUST pass a drug screening and background check before employment.
