Full-Time | Monday-Friday | Occasional Weekends About the Position We are looking for an experienced Skilled Painter to join our professional painting team. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of professional experience and takes pride in delivering high-quality finishes on both residential and commercial projects. This position requires a painter who is dependable, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently or as part of a crew. Responsibilities Prepare and finish surfaces for painting (interior & exterior) Apply paint, stain, varnish, epoxy, and other coatings using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment Operate sprayers confidently with consistent finish results Perform surface repairs such as patching, sanding, caulking, and priming Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Communicate effectively with crew leaders and project managers Ensure all projects meet company quality standards and deadlines Requirements Minimum 5 years of professional painting experience Strong knowledge of stains, varnishes, enamels, epoxies, and paint systems Spray experience required (airless and HVLP) Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work from ladders/scaffolding Must have basic tools and a professional attitude Compensation & Benefits $26•$30 per hour , depending on experience and skill level Consistent year-round work Opportunities for advancement Supportive, professional team environment
