TWS Painting is a growing, family-owned painting company in Vero Beach, Florida seeking dependable, detail-oriented painters to join our team. What We're Looking For:

2+ years of professional painting experience is preferred Ability to work on ladders and perform tasks at various heights safely Comfortable using professional painting tools and equipment Must have reliable transportation to and from job sites Ability to provide work references that speak to your skills and reliability Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship

What You'll Be Doing:

Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, scraping, patching, and priming as needed Apply paint and finishes using brushes, rollers, and airless sprayers Perform caulking, minor drywall or plaster repairs, and surface prep work Protect floors, furniture, and surrounding areas before and during painting Maintain and properly use all tools and equipment on the job site Follow all safety procedures and job site guidelines Complete daily and end-of-project clean-up, leaving sites neat and professional Communicate with team members and supervisors to ensure quality and efficiency

Schedule & Pay:

30-40 hours per week

Pay:

$17-$25 per hour , depending on experience and skill level
