## Job Summary

Must have your own transportation and a valid driver's license. We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with various painting techniques and be able to work on both residential and commercial projects. ## Duties Experience with a hand masker and caulk gun are a must.
Perform painting duties including preparation, mixing, matching, and applying paint.
Utilize airless paint spraying equipment for efficient and quality painting
Work on a variety of surfaces including stucco, concrete, and fixtures
Complete residential and commercial painting projects with attention to detail
Assist in renovation, remodeling, and building projects as needed
Perform caulking and other related tasks to ensure a high-quality finish ## Requirements
Proven experience as a Painter in residential and commercial settings
Proficiency in airless paint spraying techniques
Knowledge of stucco application and concrete finishing
Ability to install fixtures as part of painting projects
Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
