Key Responsibilities Surface Preparation :

Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking areas that should not be painted.

Paint Application :

Use spray guns and other equipment to apply paint, varnish, and other finishes to a variety of materials, including metal, wood, and plastic.

Mixing Paints :

Select and mix paints according to specifications, ensuring the correct color and consistency.

Quality Control :

Inspect finished work for quality, ensuring that surfaces are free of defects, smudges, or inconsistencies.

Equipment Maintenance :

Clean and maintain painting equipment, including spray guns and brushes, to ensure optimal performance.

Safety Compliance :

Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and safe workspace to prevent accidents and injuries.

Skills and Qualifications Experience :

Proven work experience as a spray painter or in a similar role within an industrial setting.

Technical Skills :

Knowledge of different types of paints and coatings, as well as the ability to operate spray painting equipment effectively. Attention to

Strong attention to detail to ensure high-quality finishes and adherence to specifications.

Physical Stamina :

Ability to stand for long periods and perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and moving equipment.
