Full-Time A Cut Above Painting Co. is growing, and we're looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our team as Professional Painting Specialists . We are an established local painting company serving homeowners and businesses throughout the CSRA. We're looking for people who take pride in their work, show up on time, work well with others, and want an opportunity to grow with a company. Painting experience is preferred, but we're also willing to consider the right person who has construction or skilled-trade experience and is willing to learn. Responsibilities Prepare interior and exterior surfaces for painting, including sanding, scraping, caulking, patching, cleaning, and priming Apply paint and coatings using brushes, rollers, and sprayers Protect customers' homes, furnishings, landscaping, floors, and surrounding surfaces Maintain clean and organized jobsites Follow company procedures and safety standards Safely use ladders, tools, and painting equipment Communicate professionally with customers and other team members Work efficiently as part of a crew to complete projects on schedule Maintain our standards for quality workmanship and attention to detail Assist with residential and commercial painting projects throughout the CSRA Qualifications Painting, construction, or skilled-trade experience preferred Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Dependable and able to consistently arrive to work on time Strong work ethic and positive attitude Attention to detail and pride in workmanship Ability to work well as part of a team Professional and respectful when working in customers' homes and businesses Comfortable working on ladders and at various heights Able to perform physical work including lifting, bending, climbing, and standing for extended periods Willingness to learn and follow company processes Experience with spraying, drywall repair, carpentry, or other construction trades is a plus Why Work With A Cut Above Painting?
