Overview Join our dynamic team as a Single Painter and bring vibrant transformations to residential, commercial, and renovation projects! As a key player in our painting crew, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality surface coatings that enhance and protect structures. Your expertise will help us achieve flawless finishes on walls, ceilings, fixtures, and more, ensuring customer satisfaction and project excellence. Duties Prepare surfaces thoroughly through cleaning, sanding, plastering, drywall installation, caulking, and surface repair to ensure optimal paint adhesion. Apply paint using various techniques including brush painting, roller painting, conventional spray painting, airless paint spraying, and construction spray painting for diverse surfaces. Use hand tools and power tools effectively for surface preparation and finishing tasks. Interpret technical drawings and specifications to accurately execute projects according to design requirements. Manage construction estimating tasks related to materials and time for painting jobs. Follow safety regulations diligently by wearing respiratory protection and adhering to safety protocol standards on all construction sites. Perform structural painting and coating on different surfaces such as stucco, masonry, concrete, drywall, and fixtures during remodeling or restoration projects. Utilize color theory knowledge for visual color comparison to achieve precise color matching and aesthetic appeal. Install fixtures and perform minor carpentry or trim carpentry work as needed during renovation or maintenance projects. Experience Proven experience in construction painting with a focus on residential and commercial projects. Skilled in surface preparation techniques including plastering, drywall finishing, caulking, and masonry work. Familiarity with various painting tools such as paint sprayers (including airless), brushes, rollers, and power tools. Knowledge of safety regulations related to construction site work with emphasis on respiratory protection and safe ladder use. Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately for precise project execution. Experience working on construction sites with exposure to renovation, restoration, framing carpentry, concrete finishing, masonry, or handyman tasks is highly desirable. Basic math skills for measurements and estimating project needs are essential. Strong understanding of industrial painting processes and coating applications is a plus.
