- 50 Prepare surfaces by use of sandpaper/sandblaster, steel wool, scrapers, washing with cleaner and water.

ABILITIES
Ability to operate scissor lift, telescopic lift, vehicle/cart, and/or pressure washer; handle constant manual labor, including carrying 25 lbs. consistently, and lift up to/over 50 lbs. occasionally in varying outdoor weather conditions; ability to organize tools and materials, thin or mix stains, paints or coatings; ability to read, understand, follow, and enforce safety procedures, read and comprehend technical manuals and SDS sheets. Knowledge of glazing windows. Working knowledge of concepts, practices and procedures and ability to use in varied situations. Knowledge of safety requirements for all conditions including weather, equipment and chemicals. SKILLS Skill in painting with paint brushes, rollers, and spray guns. Skill in selecting, mixing, and applying paint and associated products. Skill in surface preparation, staining, and/or sealing and priming techniques.
