Flawless Finish Services LLC is growing and seeking experienced, dependable Independent Painting Contractors for ongoing apartment turnover, residential community, and commercial painting projects. We are looking for skilled painters who can work independently, maintain professional standards, meet deadlines, and consistently deliver quality results. Responsibilities Interior apartment painting Vacant unit / apartment turnover painting Occupied-unit painting when assigned Commercial and common-area painting Wall preparation Minor drywall patching and repairs Touch-up painting Cutting-in walls, ceilings, doors, and trim Protecting floors, fixtures, appliances, and surrounding surfaces Maintaining a clean and organized work area Completing final touch-ups and self-inspections Submitting required before-and-after photos Communicating job status and completion What We're Looking For At least 2 years of professional painting experience preferred Apartment turnover or multifamily painting experience strongly preferred Ability to produce clean cut lines and consistent finishes Experience with rollers, brushes, and standard professional painting equipment Drywall and texture repair experience is a plus Dependable and able to meet scheduled completion deadlines Strong attention to detail Professional communication Ability to work independently Smartphone capable of receiving work orders and submitting photos Contractor Requirements Applicants should have: Reliable transportation Their own professional painting tools and equipment Valid driver's license Ability to provide a completed W-9 General liability insurance when required for assigned projects Applicable business or trade documentation when required Ideal Contractor We're especially interested in painters experienced with: Apartment communities Property management companies Make-ready/turnover painting Vacant apartment units Commercial properties Fast-paced turnover schedules You should be comfortable receiving an assigned scope of work, completing the project within the required timeframe, documenting your work, and maintaining professional quality standards.
