This role is responsible for preparing and applying paint to interior and exterior surfaces, delivering high-quality finishes that align with company standards and are completed within established timelines.
Responsibilities:
Complete painting work orders within designated timelines, including apartment turnoversPrepare surfaces for painting by scraping, sanding, patching, caulking, priming, and repairing drywall or surface imperfectionsEnsure all necessary repairs to drywall, doors, frames, and related hardware are completed prior to painting; coordinate with vendors as neededPaint interior and exterior surfaces including walls, ceilings, doors, trim, and common areas in accordance with company standardsInspect completed work to ensure high-quality finishes that meet safety and performance standardsMaintain tools, equipment, and clean, safe work areas at all timesDocument completed work and materials used as directedParticipate in ongoing technical, safety, and operational training programsTravel between multiple properties as neededQualificationsMinimum 1-3 years of professional painting experience (residential or multi-family)•PreferredValid driver's license and reliable transportation•PreferredKnowledge of surface preparation techniques and painting methodsFamiliarity with painting tools, sprayers, rollers, and related equipmentStrong attention to detail and manual dexterityWillingness to learn new trades and become cross trained when neededAbility to manage time effectively and meet turnover deadlinesAbility to work independently and problem-solve efficientlyHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredAdditional InformationLocation:
