Richmond Renovations LLC Central Iowa | Residential, Commercial & Institutional Projects Richmond Renovations LLC is looking for an experienced Foreman Painter / Team Lead Painter to lead painting crews and help oversee projects throughout Central Iowa. We're looking for someone who is experienced in painting, dependable, organized, and comfortable taking the lead on a jobsite. This position will help coordinate the crew, maintain quality and safety standards, communicate with customers and management, and make sure projects stay on schedule. Responsibilities Lead and oversee painting crews on residential, commercial, and institutional projects Assign daily tasks and keep the crew productive Ensure work is completed according to project specifications and company standards Perform and oversee interior and exterior painting Help with surface preparation, drywall repairs, and wall coverings as needed Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite Communicate project updates, issues, and material needs to management Coordinate with customers, property managers, and other contractors when needed Inspect completed work and address quality concerns Help ensure tools, equipment, paint, and materials are properly maintained and secured Train and guide less-experienced crew members Follow company safety procedures and jobsite requirements Qualifications Previous professional painting experience required Previous crew lead or foreman experience preferred Strong knowledge of painting techniques, surface preparation, and materials Ability to read and understand project instructions Strong communication and leadership skills Reliable transportation and dependable attendance Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to work in residential, commercial, and institutional environments Must be able to lift, carry, bend, climb ladders, and perform physical job duties as required What We're Looking For We want someone who can take ownership of their crew and jobsite, communicate clearly, and make sure the work is done correctly.
