Job Summary I am looking for experienced painters with a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and respectful demeanor. The job requires client interactions, elevated safety measures, and a desire to beat budgets. Responsibilities Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, caulking, and repairing imperfections to ensure optimal paint adhesion. Apply paint and stains with hand tools such as brushes, rollers, and spray guns. Maintain safety standards on sites by using proper protective gear and following protocols related to using ladders, working at heights, and dealing with hazardous materials. Perform door knocking to source additional potential clients throughout the summer. Necessary Experience/Skills Worksite experience for exterior and/or interior painting. Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to project scope or material estimates. Knowledge of maintenance practices for tools and equipment used in painting or surface preparation. I value dedicated professionals and beginners who bring energy into every project while maintaining a focus on quality standards.
