Job Description

Overview Join our energetic summer painting team and help transform homes across the Dubuque area. This role is perfect for motivated, reliable, and well‑rounded individuals who enjoy hands‑on work, learning new skills, and being part of a fun, supportive crew. We provide professional training , including Sherwin‑William's product education and safety certifications, so no prior experience is required.

College Students Encouraged to Apply What You'll Do Prep and paint exterior surfaces on residential homes Work with brushes, rollers, ladders, and other basic tools Maintain clean, safe job sites and follow training guidelines Communicate with your team to complete projects efficiently Deliver high‑quality results that make homeowners proud End of Summer BONUS About Us We are a locally managed College Works Painting branch serving the Dubuque area. Our painters are professionally trained and certified, and we take pride in delivering high‑quality work while creating a positive, growth‑focused experience for our team.
Pay:
$17.50 - $21.00 per hour
