Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and motivated Painter to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for applying paint, stain, and coatings to various surfaces, ensuring high-quality finishes that enhance the appearance and durability of residential, commercial, and industrial structures. Your expertise will contribute to renovation projects, restorations, and new constructions, helping us deliver exceptional results on every job. Responsibilities Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, plastering, caulking, and applying primer to ensure optimal paint adhesion. Use hand tools and power tools such as brushes, rollers, spray guns (including airless paint spraying), and scaffolding to achieve precise finishes. Apply paint, stains, varnishes, and other coatings to walls, ceilings, trim carpentry, stucco exteriors, masonry surfaces, and fixtures with attention to detail. Perform specialized tasks including industrial painting, restoration work, masonry finishing. Conduct quality inspections throughout the project to ensure consistent color matching and smooth application. Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and disposing of waste materials in accordance with safety standards. Experience Familiarity with construction site safety protocols and ability to work effectively on renovation or remodeling projects. Skilled in using hand tools such as caulking guns, putty knives, scrapers, as well as power tools including drills and welding equipment when necessary. Knowledge of construction painting across various environments including commercial buildings and industrial facilities. Prior experience with plastering, stucco application, concrete finishing, masonry work, and fixture installation is a plus. Ability to perform basic math calculations for measurements and material estimations while maintaining attention to detail.
