Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Powder Coater to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical processes and a keen eye for detail. As a Powder Coater, you will be responsible for applying powder coatings to various metal products, ensuring high-quality finishes while adhering to safety and operational standards. This role requires proficiency in using various tools and equipment, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Duties Prepare surfaces for powder coating by cleaning, sanding, or applying primer as needed. Operate powder coating equipment and apply coatings evenly to ensure consistent quality. Conduct quality checks on finished products to identify defects or inconsistencies. Maintain a clean and organized work area, following safety protocols at all times. Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and improve efficiency. Assist with warehouse duties including inventory management Qualifications Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment. Previous experience is an advantage.
