Top Tier Paint's LLC is looking for a reliable, hardworking painter to join our growing team. We focus on high-quality residential and exterior painting projects and take pride in clean work, attention to detail, and customer satisfaction. We are looking for someone who cares about quality, shows up on time, and works well with others. Responsibilities Prepare surfaces by scraping, sanding, caulking, masking, and priming Brush, roll, and spray paint on residential interiors and exteriors Protect customer property and maintain a clean work area Work safely on ladders and around equipment Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members Help complete projects efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship Clean and maintain tools, equipment, and job sites daily Qualifications Previous painting experience preferred Knowledge of prep work and painting techniques Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in varying weather conditions Reliable transportation and punctual attendance Positive attitude and willingness to learn Attention to detail and pride in quality craftsmanship Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Skills Experience with exterior painting Experience brushing, rolling, and spraying Familiarity with premium paint products and proper prep procedures Basic construction or handyman experience is a plus What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Consistent work opportunities Professional but laid-back work environment Opportunity for growth within the company Work focused on quality, not rushed production jobs Schedule Full-time / Part-time available Monday-Friday Occasional overtime depending on projects Apply Please send: Your work experience Any photos of previous painting work (if available) Your contact information and availability "We take pride in doing clean, high-quality work and keeping customers happy.
