Production Painter Vic's Custom Painting - 3.0 Meridian, ID Job Details Part-time | Full-time $10 - $17 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Construction painting Attention to detail Construction painting surface preparation Safety equipment Caulking Full Job Description Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled production Painter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for prepping and painting interior and exterior new construction homes . We can train you up but you should have a keen eye for detail and care about upholding a high standard. Responsibilities Perform surface preparation tasks such as sanding, caulking, patching, and priming to ensure optimal paint adhesion and finish quality. Apply touch-up paint using brushes, rollers, spray guns (including airless and conventional spray equipment), and other hand tools to correct imperfections or match existing finishes. Conduct visual color comparisons to ensure consistency across different areas of a project. Use ladders, scaffolding, and other access equipment safely to reach high or difficult areas during painting and touch-up work. Follow all safety regulations by wearing appropriate respiratory protection, adhering to safety protocols, and maintaining a clean work environment. This role is very beginner friendly but attention to detail is critical.
