Pay:
- $20•$30 per hour (DOE, based on skill, speed, and quality) •About Us•Madrid Painting is a premium residential repaint company serving Boise and surrounding areas.
- What You'll Do
- Interior & exterior repainting (walls, ceilings, trim, doors, fascia, soffits, etc.)
- Cabinet refinishing, staining, and detailed prep work
- Surface prep: scraping, sanding, caulking, patching, priming
- Brushing, rolling, and occasional spraying (training provided if needed)
- Protecting client homes: masking, covering floors/furniture, daily cleanup
- Working as part of a small, tight crew focused on quality and efficiency
- Communicating professionally with homeowners and respecting their space
- Requirements
- 2+ years residential painting experience preferred (will consider strong apprentices)
- Able to cut clean lines, prep properly, and leave a job truly "finished"
- Reliable transportation to jobs in Boise and surrounding areas
- Able to lift ladders, move materials, and work on your feet most of the day
- Detail-oriented, takes pride in craftsmanship, not just "getting it done"
- Shows up on time, sober, and ready to work every day
- Requirements
