In this role, you will be responsible for refining paint finishes, correcting imperfections, and ensuring surfaces meet the highest standards of quality and aesthetics in new home builds. We can train you up but you should have a keen eye for detail and care about upholding a high standard for the finishing touch up crew. Responsibilities Perform surface preparation tasks such as sanding, caulking, patching, and priming to ensure optimal paint adhesion and finish quality. Apply touch-up paint using brushes, rollers, spray guns (including airless and conventional spray equipment), and other hand tools to correct imperfections or match existing finishes. Conduct visual color comparisons to ensure consistency across different areas of a project. Use ladders, scaffolding, and other access equipment safely to reach high or difficult areas during painting and touch-up work. Follow all safety regulations by wearing appropriate respiratory protection, adhering to safety protocols, and maintaining a clean work environment. This role is very beginner friendly but attention to detail is critical.
