This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse renovation, restoration, and new construction sites, transforming spaces with expert craftsmanship. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for painting, a keen eye for detail, and a strong understanding of both residential and commercial environments. Your expertise will help elevate exterior surfaces, ensuring high-quality results that meet client expectations and industry standards. Duties Prepare surfaces thoroughly by cleaning, sanding, caulking, plastering, and applying primer to ensure optimal paint adhesion and finish quality. Execute painting projects using hand tools such as brushes, rollers, spray guns (including airless paint spraying), and power tools to achieve smooth, even coats on walls, ceilings, trim, stucco, masonry, and other surfaces. Apply various coatings including paints, masonry sealants, stucco finishes, and specialty coatings for restoration or renovation projects. Maintain safety protocols on construction sites by operating power tools responsibly and adhering to OSHA standards. Skills Experience with residential painting Strong knowledge of commercial painting Some experience with hand tools, power tools, brushes, rollers, ladder and scaffolding setup and safety, and maintenance of equipment. Familiarity with renovation processes including restoration work and remodeling projects. Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations. Knowledge of construction site safety procedures along with experience working in construction sites or industrial environments. Ability to coordinate with team members on-site. Abilities to work quickly and efficiently with a team or solo.
