Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Painter to join our team. The Painter will be responsible for applying paint, varnish, and other finishes to a variety of surfaces including walls, ceilings, buildings, and other structures. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for detail, good manual dexterity, and experience with painting techniques and tools. Requirements Valid Driver's License Personal transportation Automobile Insurance Successful background and MVR check Key Responsibilities Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, patching, and priming Apply paint, stain, varnish, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, or sprayers Mix and match paint colors to achieve desired results Protect surrounding areas with drop cloths or masking materials Repair cracks, holes, or damaged surfaces before painting Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment Inspect completed work for quality and accuracy Collaborate with team members and clients to meet project specifications Qualifications 3-5 years' experience as a painter Knowledge of painting techniques, tools, and materials Ability to work at heights and in various environmental conditions Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship Good physical stamina and manual dexterity Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team Benefits Medical, dental, vision, vol life insurance (full-time employees) Paid time off 401k including company match
