Engagement events and 24/7 chaplain counseling for emotional/spiritual support Key Responsibilities Prepare areas for painting by setting up equipment, ladders, scaffolding, and covering furniture and floors. Fill nail holes, cracks, and joints with appropriate compound fillers. Prepare surfaces using sandpaper, wire brushes, or steel wool. Apply paint using brushes, spray guns, or rollers. Assist with snow removal. Create special effects using paint with cloth, brushes, or sponges.
