Requirements:

Reliable transportation Strong work ethic & positive attitude Ability to show up on time and work as part of a team Willingness to learn and take direction Ability to handle physical work (lifting, climbing, etc.) Bonus (Not Required): Painting or construction experience Familiarity with tools and job site environments Experience with interior/exterior painting What You'll Be Doing Surface preparation (patching, sanding, caulking) Priming and finish painting Assisting with commercial and residential projects Working on interiors, exteriors, and specialty finishes Learning professional techniques and job site standards Operating equipment and tools (with training) Work Environment This is a hands-on position.

You will be:
