Qualifications Education:

High school diploma or equivalent

Certification:

Skilled trade certification required or three (3) years of equivalent work experience

Experience:

Minimum of two (2) years skill trades experience in painting

Skills:

Ability to work independently and complete assigned projects in a timely manner Responsibilities 1 Prioritize and carries out work orders relating to, but not limited to, all painting jobs on campus . 2. Recommend/Orders supplies and equipment with relation to painting. 3. Maintains inventory of all painting supplies , tools and equipment. 4. Maintain a variety of records and reports including record of work performed, equipment used and time spent. 5. Trains and supervises maintenance staff in specific assignments and maintenance procedures. 6. Maintain shop area, equipment and tools. 7.

Equipment Operated:

computer, drills, generator, portable compressor, sprayers, lifts, scaffolds, ladders, hand tools 8. Performs other job-related duties as assigned by supervisor.
