Job Description
Painter — Hoosiers GC LLC, Indianapolis We're a general contractor running residential remodels, rental turnovers, and investor rehabs across Indianapolis — Brownsburg to Beech Grove and everything between.
The board stays full:
we run multiple crews on multiple jobs at a time, and the pipeline behind it is signed work, not maybes. Interior and exterior repaints on remodels and rental turns. Clean lines, fast turnarounds — most of our paint scopes are 2-4 day jobs, then the next one. Spray and brush/roll both.Crew-lead path is real here:

- Interior and exterior repaints on remodels and rental turns
- Prep, patch, prime, spray and brush/roll — lines that hold up under a flashlight
- Crews of 2-4 under a lead, materials staged before you start What you get:
- $19•24/hr depending on what you can prove on day one•Paid every week — no waiting on draws•Steady work year-round.

What we need from you:
- 2+ years painting — repaint and remodel experience beats new-construction
- Comfortable on both spray and brush/roll
- Your own hand tools and reliable transportation
- Show up when you say you will.
