Do you have experience with spray painting, and enjoy seeing projects through from start to finish? CW Recycling is looking for experienced Sandblasters and Painters for our facility which is located at 3555 E. 21st Street, Indianapolis, IN. The site is called Brookside Materials. You must have at least 2 years of experience. In this role, you'll be responsible for preparing and painting roll-off boxes, ensuring a high-quality, durable finish. Applicants must have the ability to work with speed and efficiency and be dependable to be at work every day to qualify for this position. Must be able to pass a drug screen with no prior felonies.

Responsibilities:

Surface Preparation:

Thoroughly sandblast roll-off boxes to remove rust, old paint, and other contaminants.

Spray Painting:

Apply primer, topcoat, and other protective coatings using spray equipment.

Quality Control:

Inspect finished boxes for defects and ensure adherence to quality standards.

Maintenance:

Maintain and clean painting equipment and work area. Follow all safety protocols and procedures.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in sandblasting and spray painting, preferably in an industrial setting. Ability to operate and maintain sandblasting and spray paint equipment. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable and punctual. Physical ability to perform the required tasks, including lifting and working in various positions. Bonus Points (Not Required): Welding experience (MIG, stick, etc.)
