Regional Painter The CASA Healthcare Team is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Regional Painter to join our team. Ability to work flexible hours to meet the demands of the role. Paint and refinish interior and exterior surfaces, including walls, ceilings, doors, trim, and furniture. Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, patching, and priming. Perform routine preparatory maintenance and repair tasks throughout the facilities. Assist with preventative maintenance projects and work order completion at all campuses. Maintain tools, equipment, and supplies in a safe and organized manner. Follow all safety, infection control, and regulatory requirements. Respond promptly and professionally to facility requests. Collaborate with facilities to ensure a safe, attractive, and well-maintained environment. Qualifications Previous painting experience required Knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and equipment. Ability to operate hand and power tools safely. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Ability to work independently and as part of a team while taking direction from multiple sources. Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills. Must have reliable transportation to travel to facilities throughout Lake County Indiana. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks including standing, bending, climbing ladders, and moving equipment. High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
