Job Description

Overview We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Painters to join our exterior residential painting team. In this role, you will be responsible for applying paint, coatings, and finishes to a variety of surfaces across residential projects across Noblesville and the surrounding area. Your expertise will help transform spaces, ensuring high-quality results that meet client specifications and safety standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced environment while contributing to diverse projects that enhance building aesthetics and durability, as well as opportunities to earn promotions and bonuses. Responsibilities Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, scraping, and applying primer to ensure optimal paint adhesion. Use hand tools and power tools such as brushes, rollers, spray guns (including airless paint spraying), and caulking guns to apply paints, stains, varnishes, and other finishes. Perform residential painting tasks including wall finishing, prep work, and restoration work. Execute residential painting projects with precision, adhering to safety protocols and project timelines. Apply specialized coatings such as stucco, masonry sealants, or industrial paints for durability and aesthetic appeal. Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and disposing of waste materials responsibly. Collaborate with team members on construction estimating tasks when required to ensure accurate project planning. Qualifications 18+ years old No experience required Full time availability Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to surface area or material quantities. Pay:
$18.00 - $22.00 per hour
