Painter Interior, Exterior & Commercial $30-$40 Per Hour | 40 Hours Per Week America's Construction Experts, powered by One Beautiful Home®, is looking for a high-end professional painter with extensive experience in interior, exterior and commercial painting. We are looking for someone who understands that professional painting is about far more than putting paint on a wall. You need to know how to properly prepare a surface and leave behind a finished product that looks exceptional when the job is complete. You should be highly experienced with interior and exterior painting, drywall touch-ups and repairs, patching, sanding, caulking, filling nail holes, surface preparation, priming, brushing, rolling, cutting clean lines and spraying. You should also be comfortable painting walls, ceilings, doors, trim, cabinets and other finished surfaces. This is not a drywall-hanging position. We are looking for a painter who can handle the drywall repairs, patches and finish work that naturally come with professional painting projects. Our projects range from occupied homes and complete remodels to exterior painting and commercial applications. You must be able to work independently, understand what a project needs without constant supervision and deliver high-end results from preparation through the final coat. Working directly with our clients is part of the job. You need to communicate professionally, show up when you say you will, protect the homeowner's property, maintain a clean work area and treat every home or business as if it were your own. America's Construction Experts has completed more than 1,500 installations since 2011, maintains an A+ BBB rating and earned a 2023 Angi Service Award. Our projects are throughout Lake, Porter and LaPorte Counties, and we intentionally schedule our craftsmen close to home whenever possible, with a goal of keeping projects within roughly a 45-minute drive. This is not an entry-level painting position. We are looking for somebody who knows the difference between simply getting paint on a surface and delivering a professional finished product. If you take pride in your preparation, your lines, your finish and the way the project looks when you walk away, we'd like to talk to you. Please send your work history, professional painting experience and photos of completed interior, exterior or commercial painting projects.
