• assessment, prep, finishing Assist with concrete prep, pressure washing, general labor, site setup and cleanup Load/unload materials and maintain clean, organized job sites Follow strict OSHA and company safety protocols Work efficiently as part of a high-performance crew Requirements 3+ years construction or heavy labor experience Valid driver's license Reliable transportation Steel toe boots required Ability to work nights and in all weather conditions Strong attention to detail and safety awareness Physically fit to perform strenuous tasks consistently for extended periods, and work in cramped or uncomfortable positions OSHA-10 (preferred) Must pass drug test Travel Work throughout Northern Indiana Travel required based on project location Hotel accommodations provided for jobs over 1.
