Job Description

Schedule Four 10-hour shifts typical; overtime may be required based on project demands and deadlines. Job Overview Frontier Construction is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Painter to support our portfolio of new construction, historic renovation, and property management projects. This position will handle both interior and exterior painting across a variety of project types, including new construction builds, historic renovations, and maintaining our portfolio of managed properties. The ideal candidate takes pride in quality workmanship, works efficiently, and contributes positively to a team-oriented work environment. Key Responsibilities Perform interior and exterior painting on construction projects Prepare surfaces for painting including patching, sanding, caulking, masking, and priming Apply paints, stains, and coatings using brushes, rollers, and sprayers Complete exterior repaints for existing buildings within the management portfolio Complete interior repaint and turnover work for managed properties as needed Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites Communicate material needs and project updates with supervisors Assist with project punch list items and final touch-ups Ensure all work meets company quality standards and project timelines Qualifications Previous painting experience is required. Pay:
$25.00 - $35.00 per hour
