About the role:

There is a significant projection of job growth for exterior and interior painters. One reason for this is how labor-intensive this job can be. The demand is high for experienced and dependable workers. Royalty Painting is pursuing a candidate who is looking to grow their career in this industry, gain management experience by leading a team of 2 or 3 members from start to finish on a job site, be willing to find ways for the company to grow, and someone who is trustworthy.

You will be responsible for:

Prepping surfaces - Including but not limited to cleaning, laying drop sheets, scraping, sanding, masking and caulking. Reporting- B eing able to speak comfortably with the home-owners and team members to ensure the job is completed in a neatly and timely manner. Driving- Must have valid driver's license. Must feel comfortable driving a company van after 2 to 4 months of being hired. This includes driving to and from multiple stores for supplies. Leading- Must be comfortable receiving instruction from manager and relaying that information to team members when manager is not around.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of 2 years experience painting and prepping. Spraying and power washing preferred• Previous leadership role. 1-2 years Preferred• Ability to stand or kneel for multiple hours at a time in numerous weather conditions Ability to carry up to 50 pounds and climb ladders up to 24 feet Possess a valid drivers license MUST have a cellphone at all times Be able to transport to and from job site Must speak fluent
