Residential painting experience is a plus, but we'll train the right person. You need to show up, pay attention to detail, and take pride in the finish. This is production work on new houses — prep, paint, and leave it looking like a new home.

Responsibilities Prep surfaces:

clean, sand, patch, and caulk as needed Paint with airless sprayer, brush, and roller Follow color plans and job specs Use hand tools for painting and minor punch-list repairs Keep the house and jobsite clean Work with the crew, hit the schedule, and follow safety rules Qualifications Residential painting experience preferred; willing to train Can read a simple color/finish plan Comfortable measuring rooms and figuring paint quantities Know the basic painting tools, or willing to learn them fast Detail-oriented and quality-focused Fine working alone or with a crew If you like painting and want steady new-construction work, apply.
