Shop Painters Ultimate LLC is immediately hiring Industrial Shop Painters for manufacturing projects in the Topeka, KS area. The pay range is $24-$30 per hour based on experience. All painters are scheduled 40+ hours a week. We are seeking skilled craftsmen to join our team of dedicated, safe, productive, and proven professionals. Ultimate LLC provides weekly pay for all employees with no week in the hole and optional direct deposit. Ultimate Job Duties + Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and masking components to meet specifications + Select, mix, and apply industrial coatings (paints, primers, or specialty finishes) with precision + Inspect painted surfaces for quality, ensuring adherence to tight tolerances and error-free finishes + Maintain and clean painting equipment, including spray guns and booths + Follow and enforce OSHA regulations + Work on smaller components and intricate parts, requiring strong blueprint reading skills + Looking for someone capable of leading the shift Ultimate Industrial Shop Painter Requirements + 4+ years of industrial painting experience + Appropriate PPE (hard hat, vest, steel-toe boots, and respiratory protection as needed) + Must have basic hand tools to perform trade (spray guns, brushes, rollers, etc.) + Ability to perform regular standing, bending, kneeling, and lifting of up to 50 lbs without assistance Benefits of Working at Ultimate LLC + Weekly pay with direct deposit + Health insurance + Dental and vision coverage + 401k + Paid time off + Referral bonus program + Pay increase based on quality of craftsmanship + Tool purchase program + PPE reimbursement program + Paid OSHA training + Long-term work + ID theft protection To view full details and how to apply, please login or create a Job Seeker account
