Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Exterior Painter and interior painter to join our painting company . In this role, you will be responsible for applying high-quality paint finishes to the exterior surfaces of residential and commercial buildings. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about craftsmanship, with a focus on precision, safety, and customer satisfaction. Whether working on new construction projects or restoration jobs, you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding results that exceed client expectations. Duties Prepare exterior surfaces by cleaning, sanding, scraping, and repairing as needed to ensure optimal paint adhesion. Apply primer, paint, stain, and sealants using hand tools such as brushes, rollers, sprayers (including airless paint spraying), and power tools. Perform caulking and sealing around windows, doors, and joints to prevent water intrusion and improve finish quality. Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols during construction site experience involving scaffolding, ladders, or elevated work platforms. Qualifications Proven experience in residential and commercial exterior painting with a strong understanding of construction site procedures. Skilled in using hand tools, power tools (including airless sprayers), scaffolding, ladders, and other equipment safely and effectively.. Experience with surface preparation techniques such as sanding, scraping, plastering, caulking, and masonry repairs. Strong attention to detail with excellent craftsmanship in restoration or renovation projects. Good physical stamina for working outdoors in various weather conditions; willingness to work at heights safely.
