Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and motivated Painter to join our dynamic construction and renovation team. In this role, you will be responsible for applying paint, finishes, and coatings to a variety of surfaces across residential, commercial, and industrial projects. Your expertise will help transform spaces, enhance aesthetics, and ensure quality craftsmanship. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects that require precision, creativity, and technical skill. Whether working on new construction sites or restoring existing structures, your contributions will be vital in delivering exceptional results. Responsibilities Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, scraping, and repairing imperfections to ensure optimal paint adhesion Apply paint, stains, varnishes, and other finishes using hand tools such as brushes, rollers, spray guns (including airless paint spraying), and power tools Perform specialized tasks including plastering, caulking, brush work, rolling, and other duties as needed Conduct surface preparation for renovation or restoration projects while adhering to safety standards on construction sites Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and disposing of debris responsibly Requirements Expereience or willingness to learn to work with hand tools such as brushes, rollers, scrapers, caulking guns, and power tools including airless sprayers Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality craftsmanship in all aspects of painting and surface finishing Join our team if you're passionate about transforming spaces through expert craftsmanship!
