In this role, you will bring spaces to life by applying paint, coatings, and finishes across a variety of projects, including residential, commercial, and industrial sites. Your expertise will ensure that every surface is transformed with precision, quality, and durability. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects that challenge your skills and expand your craftsmanship. Whether working on restoration, remodeling, or new construction, you'll play a vital role in enhancing the aesthetics and integrity of our clients' properties. Duties Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, plastering, caulking, and applying primer to ensure optimal paint adhesion. Apply paints, stains, varnishes, and other finishes using hand tools such as brushes, rollers, spray guns (including airless paint spraying), and power tools for efficient coverage Execute specialized painting techniques including industrial painting, stucco application, masonry finishing, and restoration work. Perform trim carpentry, fixture installation, framing, and drywall finishing as needed to prepare surfaces for painting. Conduct surface repairs such as plastering or masonry work to ensure a smooth base for finishing coats. Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and disposing of debris responsibly while adhering to safety protocols at all times. Experience Proven experience in residential and commercial painting projects with a strong understanding of construction site procedures. Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools (including airless sprayers), scaffolding setup, and maintenance of painting equipment.
