Position Summary:

We are looking for motivated, dependable painters to join our growing team. We welcome applications from both entry-level candidates who are eager to learn and experienced painters seeking a strong company to grow with. Responsibilities:

Prepare surfaces for painting, staining, spraying, and coating applications Apply paint, stain, and other finishes to residential and commercial projects Protect work areas using drop cloths, masking, and other materials Safely use ladders, scaffolding, scissor lifts, and booms as needed Follow project specifications, color schedules, and safety requirements Maintain a clean and organized job site Clean up work areas and remove debris upon job completion Communicate effectively with supervisors and team leads Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition

Qualifications:

Prior painting experience is preferred, but not required for the right candidate We are willing to train motivated individuals who want to learn the trade Knowledge of surface preparation, priming, and finish work is a plus Strong attention to detail and professional work ethic required Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required Must be willing to travel to job sites throughout Massachusetts, primarily on the South Shore, Cape Cod and in
