This energetic role offers the opportunity to work on diverse surfaces and environments, utilizing your expertise in painting, plastering, and finishing. As a key contributor to our construction and restoration efforts, you will transform spaces with precision and creativity, ensuring high-quality results that exceed client expectations. Duties Prepare surfaces thoroughly by cleaning, sanding, caulking, and applying primer to ensure optimal paint adhesion. Execute painting tasks using hand tools, power tools, airless spray equipment, and other methods suited for residential, commercial, or industrial projects. Apply finishing techniques such as trim carpentry and restoration processes to enhance surface durability and appearance. Perform related tasks including fixture/cabinet installation, drywall finishing, and plastering during renovation or remodeling projects. Maintain a clean work environment by properly handling waste materials like paint drips or debris while adhering to safety standards. Skills Experience with residential painting, commercial painting, industrial painting, and construction site work. Skilled in surface preparation techniques such as sanding, caulking (including fixture installation), and plastering. Hands-on expertise with hand tools (brushes, rollers), power tools (spray guns, drills), and maintenance of tools and equipment. Ability to perform renovation tasks including cabinet removals and installations.
