Requirements:
Minimum of 7 years of verifiable experience in both interior and exterior residential and commercial painting. Proven ability to perform all aspects of skilled painting work independently and as part of a team. Must own reliable transportation, a working mobile phone, and a full set of professional painting tools. Experience with spraying, taping, and drywall is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute interior and exterior painting projects with precision and efficiency. Prepare surfaces by cleaning, patching, sanding , and applying primer or sealers as required. Apply paint, varnish, stain, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment, ensuring a clean and high-quality result. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site in accordance with safety standards and regulations. Communicate effectively with supervisors, clients, and team members to ensure projects are completed on time and to specification.
