Job Summary We are urgently seeking a skilled Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various painting techniques and a strong understanding of construction processes. This role involves working on both residential and commercial projects, ensuring high-quality finishes and customer satisfaction. The Painter will be responsible for preparing surfaces, applying paint, and performing restoration tasks as needed. Responsibilities Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, or priming as necessary Apply paint, varnish, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment Perform restoration work on damaged surfaces to ensure a seamless finish Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various tasks Manage time efficiently to meet project deadlines while maintaining quality standards Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their needs and preferences Collaborate with team members to ensure all aspects of the project are completed efficiently Skills Proficiency in painting techniques for both residential and commercial applications Strong knowledge of restoration processes and materials Experience with rigging and carpentry is a plus Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively Familiarity with caulking techniques for sealing gaps and joints Strong communication skills to interact with clients and team members professionally Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively Join our team of dedicated professionals where your skills will be valued, and your contributions will make a difference in delivering exceptional results for our clients.
