Apartment Turnover Painting Crew - Summer Work Available Maryland Luxury Cleaning Services LLC Baltimore, MD Job Details Temporary | Seasonal $130 - $240 a day 20 hours ago Qualifications Drywall repair Ladder use Minor facility damage repair Client invoicing Renovation painting Construction painting surface preparation Quality inspection Achieving project delivery timelines Spray guns (painting, coating and spraying tool) Full Job Description Maryland Luxury Cleaning Services is seeking experienced painting crews (1-3 painters) for apartment turnover painting projects throughout Baltimore City and Baltimore County. This is a project-based, independent contractor opportunity for painters looking for consistent summer work from June through August. We are seeking reliable crews that can complete apartment turnover painting, prep work, and minor drywall repairs while meeting strict turnover deadlines. Scope of Work Contractors will be responsible for: Interior apartment painting Surface preparation Minor drywall patching and repairs Priming as needed Touch-ups and punch list items Final quality inspections Typical unit types include: Studio Apartments 1 Bedroom / 1 Bathroom Apartments 2 Bedroom / 1 Bathroom Apartments 2 Bedroom / 2 Bathroom Apartments Contractor Requirements Must operate as a 1099 Independent Contractor Must carry General Liability Insurance Must have experience painting apartments, multifamily housing, or residential properties Must provide your own: Paint sprayers Rollers and brushes Ladders Drop cloths and masking materials Primer Drywall patch materials Transportation Must be available to work Monday through Saturday Must be able to complete a minimum of 2 units per day Must be dependable and able to meet turnover deadlines Maryland Luxury Cleaning Services will provide the paint. Contractors are responsible for supplying primer, equipment, tools, materials, and transportation. Compensation is paid per completed unit. No hourly or daily rates will be offered.

$75 Common Area (Kitchen, Living Room, Hallways, Laundry Area): $85 Rates include standard prep work, painting, and minor drywall repairs.
Payment Terms:
Net 30 payment terms Contractors must submit invoices for completed work Payment will be issued within 30 days of invoice approval Contractors are responsible for their own taxes, insurance, and business expenses
